ATM provides strictly software analysis utilities, algorithmic trading indicators, instructional data via the One-Hour Workday Blueprint, and shared community environments. Hennadii (Gina) Babak and ATM staff are not registered investment advisors, financial brokers, or commodity trading advisors (CTA).
All content shared on YouTube live sessions, Discord chat matrices, or private instructional tutorials represents private execution workflows based on mechanical concepts. No communication from this platform constitutes specific individual investment recommendations or financial counsel.
Upon verifying your authorized subscription tier or product access, ATM grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to run our specialized indicators (including the ATM Smart Money Concepts Master Engine) purely within authorized software applications such as TradingView.
Access to our premium indicator suites, digital courses, and elite Discord channels may involve recurring subscription payments or one-time license charges. You agree to provide precise billing credentials and authorize secure automated transaction processors linked to our systems to collect agreed fees.
Due to the immediate digital provisioning of proprietary indicators, layout modules, and intellectual asset tracking systems, all digital sales and license updates are final. Automated subscriptions can be updated or canceled at any stage by the user via their account billing interface, or by emailing our team at least three business days prior to the next processing cycle.
To preserve the elite structural and psychological environment of our community desks, all members inside our Discord or live commentary frameworks agree to execute clean, professional, and supportive communication. You agree not to distribute malicious software, spam commercial invitations, harass other members, or disrupt live-streaming exercises.

In no circumstances shall ATM, its creator Hennadii Babak, or affiliated engineers be held liable for direct trading financial losses, unexpected software interruptions, system lag from data API providers, or cognitive execution errors made by the operator. You acknowledge that you use our products entirely at your own discretion and risk.
These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and managed under applicable corporate regulatory jurisdictions. We retain absolute operational rights to modify, expand, or adjust these operational safety guidelines as necessary. Continued participation inside our spaces confirms binding acceptance of those updates.
